The Doc Bus is Getting a New Website!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s only SIX DAYS UNTIL THE DOC BUS LEAVES Mile 0 Victoria!

Details, lists, support and the unexpected are all falling into place. After two and half months of hard work, this project has wheels and the rubber is about to hit the road.

We’re launching our new website: a Map-based Database

I’m very excited that our new website is about to launch by the end of the day TOMORROW, Monday May 27th, 2013! It’s going to be a great interactive tool for the Doc Bus journey, including a map with listings that will track my journey and form the beginnings of the cross canada community cinema network. Screening initiatives will be able to register and put their pin on the documentary map! Please make sure to check it out:

What will happen to THIS website?

We’re going to turn this website into a photo blog of the journey. You’ll be able to navigate to the new website and find all the old and new blog posts via the menu above. Look for the menu tab called MAIN SITE and it will take you directly to the new website.

For those of you who have been following us within the community, I hope you’ll hop on over and subscribe to our mailing list or RSS feed on the new website.

Thanks so much for Getting on the Doc Bus!

Dear reader, you are very important to us! Please bear with us for the first day or two while we work out the kinks in our new notification and mailing list system. Hopefully the transition will work smoothly, but we want to hear from you if you find any hiccups in our transition.

We’re also on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

All Aboard the Doc Bus!

I’m so excited to share this journey with you!
